Most pieces are custom-printed to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After production, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product and destination. Tracking information is provided when available.

Prints are packaged using protective materials appropriate to the product type and size, such as rigid protective flats, reinforced tubes, or other secure packaging designed to help prevent damage during transit.

Our paper prints arrive unframed so you can choose a frame that matches your personal interior design. Acrylic and metal prints arrive with pre-installed mounting hardware, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Every print is made to order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or a size or product selection made by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@kinetic45.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, as appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. Do not return an item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
